The decision to make a lifestyle change and manage your weight is a big step. It can be an intimidating process with countless opinions on where to start and what to do. Our programs are designed to help you get started! It takes 6 months to be successfully maintaining a lifestyle change. Our Kickstarter and Fit4Life programs are designed to help you through those first 6 months.
Kickstarter
Kickstarter is a 12 week program to teach you the skills you need to manage your weight long term. During this program, you will work closely with a personal trainer and health coach to ensure you have the resources to achieve your goals.
What’s Included?
- You will have access to two small group exercise classes per week. Classes will never be bigger than 10 participants to ensure you get the hands on attention you need.
- You will receive fitness testing at the beginning and end of the program to help you track your progress.
- Health coaches will check in with you throughout the program to ensure your individual needs are being met.

Fit4Life
Fit4Life is a 12 week program that builds on the skills you learned in Kickstarter. You will continue to work with a personal trainer to help you meet your fitness goals. Workshops throughout the program that will build on the knowledge you learned in the Kickstarter program. Friends and family are welcome to register for the workshops for a small additional fee.

- Couch to 5km: Introduction to Running
- Managing Chronic Disease
- Supplements and Vitamins
- Staying Active in the Workplace
- Stress Reduction
- Family First: How to Stay Active as a Family (Families are invited to join for free!)
