Description
Kickstarter is a 12 week program to teach you the skills you need to manage your weight long term. During this program, you will work closely with a personal trainer and health coach to ensure you have the resources to achieve your goals.
What’s Included?
- Two small group exercise classes per week. Classes will never be larger than 10 participants to ensure you get the hands on attention you need.
- Fitness testing at the beginning and end of the program to help you track your progress.
- Health coaches will check in with you throughout the program to ensure your individual needs are being met.
Dates
- May 2nd to June 27nd, 2016
- Monday and Thursdays from 7pm to 8pm
- No class on May 23rd, 2016
